100% employer paid! Financial protection if you become disabled.
Basic Life and AD&D Insurance
The Saxton Group provides all eligible employees with $20k in Basic Life which includes $20k matching AD&D coverage at no cost to the employee.
Voluntary Life Insurance
Voluntary Life Insurance allows employees who wish to supplement the Basic Life provided by The Saxton Group. You may consider purchasing favorable group rates for yourself and/or your dependents through payroll deductions on a post-tax basis.
Health & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts
Flexible Spending Accounts are tax-qualified plans that allow you to set aside money pre-tax to pay for medical and dependent care expenses.
Paid Time Off
We have various personal time off programs depending on your position and tenure with the company.
Matching 401(k) Savings Plan
We have a Safe Harbor plan through Betterment. The company matches 100% on the first 3% of deferred compensation, plus a 50% match on deferrals between 3% and 5% (4% total). All funds are fully vested from day one.
Voluntary Critical Illness Insurance
This policy provides a lump-sum cash benefit upon diagnosis of a critical illness like a heart attack, stroke, or cancer.
Voluntary Accident Insurance
This policy supplements your medical coverage and provides a cash benefit for injuries you or an insured family member sustain from an accident.

Pets are family too! This plan through Nationwide offers affordable healthcare plans for dogs, cats, birds and exotic pets. You’re free to visit any vet, anywhere.
